**As of November 20th the Main Dairy Barn, Demonstration Barn, animal areas remain open!!
*Some activities have been adjusted for 2020 - updates noted below.
Don't forget to bring:
- a mask / face covering (required to enter the Farm Store as per Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health)
- a cooler & ice packs to transport your purchases home
- water bottles (we have some for sale in the store but don't really like to sell bottled water)
- hand sanitizer (we have hand washing areas & hand sanitizer, but for convenience we recommend bringing your own as well)
* Visitors are expected to socially distance while on-site.
** For adults and older children who want to take a quick walk around and enjoy an ice cream cone, plan on 30-60 minutes for your visit.
We find those with young children and those who visit the Adventure Area spend approximately 1-2 hours for their visit. Longer visits are also welcome.
Visitors are welcome to visit the Demonstration Barn & Main Barn areas for free, but we do appreciate coin / cash contributions to our "Pay What You Can" box at the entrance of the Demonstration Barn.
Main Dairy Barn
Meet the cows and see our Voluntary Milking system in action!
You can read more about the Voluntary Milking system here.
* In previous years we have offered plastic shovels for children to use to push the feed. These are not available at this time.
Demonstration Barn and Barnyard
*As of November 20th you can visit our pig, miniature horse, chickens, ducks, alpacas, goats and a donkey in this area.
For the most recent updates visit our Facebook page here.
Goat Pen (approx. May to October)
** Please note the Goat Pen is closed for the Fall/Winter as of early November. The goats are now housed in our Demonstration Barn.
Visitors are welcome to go in and interact with the goats in their area!
Their pasture pen is located just down from the Demonstration Barn.
Children must be accompanied by an adult. Young children should be held up in arms.
Be prepared for some nibbles and tugs at clothing, hair, camera straps etc.
When in the pen, and when you are leaving just be sure to latch the gate.... but if the goats escape just let the staff in the store know. They can be real escape artists....

For young children there is a play set near the Demonstration Barn.
Unfortunately for the foreseeable future the Corn Bin will be closed.
